As the pressure crushed Hakminra and the water drowned him, he managed to plant his feet firmly on the bottom of Lake Mead. Arach, although in bad pain, seemed to be having fun creating the cyclone. With his feet on the ground, Hakminra generated an earthquake with just enough force to break the current in his area. The cyclone was moving still, although Arach didn't know that Hakminra escaped.
Arach finally stopped making the cyclone, unaware that Hakminra was on the shore, retrieving his staff. Arach looked around, thinking Hakminra was dead and underwater. The dragon swam down to find him. In reality, Hakminra was holding the double bladed sword from earlier in the battle, standing on a cliff looking down on the swimming dragon. He used his telekinesis to get the staff spinning like earlier, and then it was launched. Arach surfaced and turned his head just in time to see it coming at him. The blades left a huge gash from his head to his tail's base. Arach roared in pain as blood gushed all over his body and into Lake Mead.
Hakminra's legs were still weak, so he wasn't going to be running any time soon. Walking will do fine for him though. Arach crawled up the cliff slowly, and seriously injured. Hakminra was caught off guard by a flamethrower, which charred his arm. he shook off the flames and ignored it for now. Arach stumbled up to Hakminra, who in return for the flamethrower, shoved his staff into Arach's back wounds and fired the Power of Ra, worsening them severely. He roared again, in worse pain.
Hakminra had noticed by now that arach had a weakness of electricity. That's why he was standing atop this cliff in particular, for it was occupied by a large power substation. With the metal tipped staff in Arach's back, Hakminra picked him up with all of his strength, and threw him into the substation. Hakminra's arms ached from lifting him, but it was worth it. The electricity coursed through Arach's body into the spear, which caused a large amount to gather in the center of Arach's body. He tried thrashing but was now too weak. After about an entire minute of being brutally shocked, the substation died. Arach lay there in horrible, unimaginable pain.
(OOC: Great battle Chaotic, the most creative one I've had yet. Using the Las Vegas landmarks as weapons was pretty fun for me.)
