Many weeks have passed since Lord Malice had been driven from the city of Phoenix by the combined forces of Cerberus and Cytosaur, fleeing to, appropriately enough, Death Valley. And in that time, he has fully healed. Actually, he had fully healed within under a week, but the rest of that time has been spent attempting to reassert his lost powers. While it's not a fact he let on to either of his enemies during their fight, something on this planet has drastically weakened Lord Malice. His Telekinetic powers used to be so great that he could literally rip an entire planetoid in two. Now he has to exert himself simply to hold a few monsters in place. Lord Malice was drawn to this planet by some force, and now he suspects that same force has somehow interfered with his powers.
The Government is well aware that Malice is here, but they're very hesitant to send anything in to face him. Conventional weapons would be pointless, their weaker mechs proved to be completely ineffective, and the more powerful machines such as Darktide, Cerberus, or Lenneth are either engaged elsewhere or under repairs.
Malice's eyes glow blood red and he lifts up a large mountain with Telekinesis. The mountain weighs well over 100,000 tons, and Malice struggles to move it with any sort of speed. Finally, he lets it drop with a frustrated grunt. The mountain drops to the ground, breaking and crumbling, and shaking the ground.
A dark portal opens behind The End of Life, and he turns to see a ghostly figure emerge. It levitates above him and laughs, then screeches and raises it's hands up. From beneath the ground, thousands of skeletons emerge, and swarm around Malice. For his part, Malice doesn't even pay them any heed, he merely stares at the strange being in the sky.
"Care to tell me why you're here?" he says, more demanding then asking.
"I serve the Death God." The Necromancer answers.
"Good for you. Now begone." Malice responds dismissively.
A quick pulse of Dark Energies clears all the skeletons off of him, but they simply stand back up, and start to congregate in one spot, growing ever larger, to a point where they are finally half as big as Malice. The Skeleton Warrior charges at Malice, but again, The End of Life pays it no heed, still looking at the Necromancer as he flicks one of his wrists at the Skeleton Warrior, setting it ablaze with Pyrokinesis. The Skeleton Warrior falls apart, and is reduced to ashes.
