The Coliseum Rules
1. To start off, each player will create a roster thread specifically for themselves in the respected sub forum. This thread is where you post your monsters. All monsters used in the Arena are specifically posted here and do not follow the limitations of the normal RPG rules. For example, you are allowed to have kaiju from existing series on your roster. In addition, there will be no MP limitations in creating these kaiju; you make these outside the RPG, and thus do not require MP to make them.
2. In the Coliseum, the same rules apply in regards to the combat system. However, there is one difference; matches are not ended by mods. Instead, players are required to find a referee to end the match, as well as maintain order and such. This is done because the mods are too busy focusing on RPG battles to pay attention to Coliseum battles.
3. There are two styles to fight in the Coliseum. You may fight using the normal combat system for the RPG, or you may use the “Arena” system, perfected by Inferno Rodan. The Arena combat system has two major differences. Instead of 3 attacks hitting and 1 attack left to be decided by your foe (as well as the foe striking back once), only 1 attack hits and 1 attack is left to be decided by your foe, and the foe does not strike back at you. In addition, regeneration is not allowed in the Arena system.
4. Winners of a match receive 75 MP. Losers receive 35 MP. A tie results in both players receiving 50 MP.
