Name: Shadow Slayers
Type: Air
Faction: Grand Alliance (Klenthurian)
Weapons:
1. Ion Pulse Cannons: Loaded under each wing, the Ion Pulse Cannons have about twice the rate of fire as a tank and are as strong as basic weapons. These are to, mainly, be used against shadow-based enemies with the Ion Pulses designed to rip into the darkness and then explode.
2. Nanobot Drop: Much like a bomber, the Shadow Slayers can fly over an opponent and drop a cloud of nanobots. These nanobots will quickly enter a darkness being's body and begin to actually break down the energy. Due to this being a relatively knew type of energy that even the Klenthurians don't know much about, the nanobots only last a few seconds within the entity. When used on normal creatures, the nanobots eat away at flesh and armor.
3. Pressure Bomb: Each Shadow Slayer is armed with two large missiles on each wing. These missiles are designed to attack the shadows. When fired, instead of exploding on touch, they actually fly into the being and then explode. There's very little explosives involved, but instead explode with massive amounts of pressure, expanding the victim's body and, hopefully, ripping it apart. When used against non-shadow foes, the pilots may be able to fire it into a creature's maw, but that's about it.
Description: With the advent of darkness, it became obvious normal tech wouldn't be good enough. Enter the Shadow Slayers. These are the equivalent of humankind's B-2 bombers, but are much sleeker. There's also the Ion Pulse Cannons under each wing, along with the pressure bombs.
The Shadow Slayers are not made for dog fighting and are only used to aid Klenthurian, or allied forces, against enemies, normally shadows.
