Thaussian stood motionless on the shores of the Lawless Zone, his head slumped down. The sunlight reflected off of the metallic parts of his body. His rotten body filled the air with an awful stench... which would not go unnoticed. High in the air, a large creature circled overhead, smelling the rotting flesh. The creature flew downwards to investigate what this thing was.
“Thaussian, commence attack.” Lance’s familiar voice stated as he stood in his headquarters.
Thaussian’s head shot up and let out a bellow as the rest of his body shifted to face the curious creature. The bird, which had landed, spread its wings in surprise. The Vultra expected a dead animal, not one that was still alive. But it smelled so much like a dead creature. Was it truly alive? Thaussian’s eyes had the ghostly color of death in them, where it seemed one gaze could pierce your soul.
“Show it what happens when hell freezes over.” Lance ordered.
Thaussian let out a horrifying roar as a volley of missiles rocketed from the tower on his back. The missiles streaked from the sky and impacted the Vultra, nailing all parts of its body. The carrion eating bird screeched in horror as its body began to freeze. It tried to fly away, but its feet were frozen to the ground. Even its wings finally froze, locked in a spread formation. Within seconds after that, the entire body was frozen. One could imagine it looked vaguely like a swan sculpture carved out of ice.
“The Death Chill Missiles work perfectly.” Lance boasted.
“For prototype missiles, they sure are effective.” Ping commented.
“You mean standard missiles. Less powerful versions are already being prepared for our military vehicles. It’s only a matter of time before our fleet of vehicles is ready for launch.” Lance replied.
“Wow, with a weapon like that, you could take over the world if you wanted to.” Ping thought aloud.
Lance suddenly felt a sharp pain to his head, enough to cry out. Ping turned to see the problem was, only for Lance to quickly recover and rub his head. For a moment, Ping thought he had seen blackish purple sparks flying around his leader’s head. But he dismissed it as rubbish.
“Are you ok sir?” Ping asked.
“Yes, I’m fine. Thaussian, break it.” Lance ordered.
Thaussian’s chainsaw suddenly activated, and he raised it high up into the air. With great power, he brought it down upon the frozen Vultra, shattering it into hundreds of pieces. Thaussian stomped his foot onto one of the larger pieces, breaking it up even more. He let out a victorious bellow as he raised his chainsaw high into the air, its terrifying sound booming across the area.
“Sir, we’ve just received word that an Imar Science Transport Ship has come under attack.” One woman working a super computer stated.
“You mean those guys who managed to create their own monster?” Ping asked.
“No, those guys who enjoy long walks on the beach. Of course you idiot.” Lance said sarcastically.
“Hey, not even we have been able to create our own monster.” Ping stated.
“Shut it. We don’t need to create anymore damn monsters in this world.” Lance scornfully stated.
“Orders sir?” the woman asked.
“Yes... order the transport airship cruising the Lawless Zone to pick up Thaussian immediately and be prepared to arrive on scene when they make landfall.” Lance ordered.
Within half an hour, the ship had picked up Thaussian and was now making its way towards North America in pursuit of the Imar Science ship...
